Analyst / Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance (M&A)

MTS Media Holding (On Media) is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance, including M&A track. Responsibilities include financial modeling, market analysis, and presentations.

• Maintaining a long-term financial model of the business: decomposition of P&L into units and drivers (subscription and transaction models), building and maintaining scenarios, valuation (DCF, multiples); • Market analysis with further inclusion of market drivers into the model; • Preparation of presentations for top management and board of directors and presenting the results of analysis; • Collection and analysis of business metrics for unit economics (LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.); • Participation in executing deals and projects within the strategy; • Data-driven decision support; • Ad-hoc tasks.

• Experience in Big 4 / PE / M&A / Corporate Finance from 3 years; • Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and financial analysis; • Experience building financial models from scratch and understanding of unit economics; • Excellent knowledge of key financial performance indicators and investment valuation methods; • Experience in preparing high-quality investment materials (teaser, memorandum, etc.); • Knowledge of management accounting principles and methods (IFRS, RAS); • Any levels of CFA, ACCA or other professional certificates are an advantage
