Responsibilities include studying user reviews and categorizing them, identifying common questions, complaints, and positive feedback, marking recurring issues, entering analysis results into tables and the work system, and preparing brief summaries.

No experience required; training and mentor support provided. Candidate must be a citizen of the Russian Federation, at least 18 years old, attentive and responsible, able to use a smartphone or computer and willing to learn.

Salary from 70,000 RUB. Remote work, at least 4 hours per day. Work with texts and data, no calls or client search.
