Core tasks: - collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements; - conducting interviews with the Customer; - survey and optimization of business processes, AS IS / TO BE description; - process modeling in BPMN; - preparation of project documentation, test scripts, instructions, and regulations; - setting tasks for developers and monitoring implementation; - participation in testing and acceptance of solutions; - analysis and support of user issues.

3+ years of experience in 1C analytics; - expert knowledge of 1C:ZUP KORP; - mandatory experience with KORP projects; - experience of at least one full-cycle project; - understanding of employee remuneration accounting in credit organizations (No. 465-P); - knowledge of BPMN, business analysis skills, and stakeholder work; - experience with external processing, printed forms, extensions, and universal reports. Nice to have: certificate 'Specialist-Consultant 1C:ZUP'.
