1C:ZUP Analyst (Middle+/Senior)

Project-based 2-month full-time role for a 1C:ZUP Analyst supporting a pharmaceutical company's transition to 1C:ZUP KORP. Remote, Russia. Salary 250,000 RUB.

Pharmaceutical company, large client. Transition to 1C:ZUP KORP from another solution, launch of HR processes into operation. Development is almost complete, preparation for trial operation is ahead. Need an analyst to quickly integrate, understand ready functionality, and finalize improvements for delivery. Tasks: test improvements for compliance with requirements, develop test cases for the client, develop user and project documentation, demonstrate improvements to the client, work with developers on remarks, estimate development tasks: clarify requirements, propose solutions, estimate labor costs, agree on scope and deadlines, set tasks for developers, check results, participate in acceptance, regularly communicate with the client's HR, payroll, and accounting departments, and consult users.

4-5 years of experience as an analyst, consultant, or leading specialist in 1C:ZUP. Deep knowledge of ZUP 3.1: accruals, deductions, schedules, time tracking, sick leave and vacations, personal income tax, contributions, Social Fund of Russia, HR documents, reporting. Experience implementing at all stages of the project. Experience writing specifications and technical assignments, ability to estimate labor costs and defend estimates. Direct communication with the client: negotiations, statuses, escalations. Jira, Confluence. Plus: certificates '1C:Professional' and '1C:Specialist-Consultant' for ZUP, experience with large clients with complex accrual structures, integrations of ZUP with accounting and other systems, ability to read 1C code and queries for diagnostics.
