AI Video Team Lead

Ardor Media seeks an AI Video Team Lead to manage quality of AI artists and production pipelines. Full-time, remote, salary from 1200 to 1500 EUR per month with growth prospects.

Lead the AI video team, ensuring quality of AI artists' work and developing production processes.Control quality of generations and finished videos, provide clear feedback to artists.Analyze briefs from creators: identify required shots, generation methods, and assembly into a cohesive video.Ensure consistency of characters, environment, and visual style across shots.Initially create videos end-to-end: from generation to editing and post-processing.Develop and implement pipelines based on real cases, train the team, and achieve consistently high quality.Build and optimize pipelines for specific tasks, reduce iterations and production time.

Deep practical experience creating full-cycle AI video: from brief to final video, generation in Kling, Seedance, Veo or similar advanced commercial models, editing and post-processing. Portfolio of completed works.Ability to adapt quickly to different visual styles, from photorealistic UGC and live-action to stylized and cartoon animation, maintaining a unified style across shots.Confident work with image generation and editing for characters, references, and keyframes, e.g., in Nano Banana and Seedream.Skills in developing and iteratively refining prompts, including with language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.Editing mindset: understanding of rhythm, composition, and shot coherence; ability to plan shots in advance for a cohesive video with consistent characters and visual style.Confident use of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar; understanding of motion design and compositing fundamentals: tracking, masks, and enhancement of generated shots.Ability to guide and train a team, formulate quality criteria, and select tools for specific creative tasks.Nice to have: practical experience with ComfyUI and open-source tools: environment setup, connecting models and custom nodes, resolving compatibility issues.Experience deploying, configuring, and using MiniMax, latest LTX generations, and Wan: selecting models and generation parameters for specific tasks.Ability to build, adapt, and optimize workflows for image and video generation: combine stages into reproducible pipelines, improve result stability, reduce generation time and resource consumption.Experience selecting, applying, and training LoRA for specific characters and visual styles: dataset preparation, quality assessment, and integration into team production pipelines.Experience optimizing business processes with AI in workflows using platforms such as Asana, Slack, Google tools.
