AI Solutions Engineer/Architect role at Lantern Real Estate Advisors + Partners. Greenfield project to build a company-wide AI system from scratch. Remote, ~3-month project with potential extension. Salary: 50+ USD/hour.

This is a greenfield opportunity to build a company-wide AI system from scratch — not just features. You’ll work *****ly with founders of a US-based company to create an internal AI assistant integrated with Microsoft 365.
