Senior AI Project Manager at Art-Fintech. 3+ years of experience, understanding of AI models, and project launch experience. Full-time, up to 350,000 rubles net.

Collaborate with business stakeholders: formulate, evaluate, and validate AI ideas. Plan and manage projects – from pilot to large-scale implementation. Analyze the market and best AI practices (from major exchanges to fintech and startups). Generate hypotheses and test them (through quick tests or detailed analysis). Oversee the technical aspects: select vendors, negotiate with ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts. Set up metric collection and analyze the effectiveness of AI initiatives. Help the team learn quickly and share experience with colleagues.

- Russian citizenship and location - 3+ years of experience as a project manager/leader. - Flexibility and ability to quickly understand new areas. - Desire to develop in the AI field (understanding of fundamentals and interest in technologies). - Ability to plan and structure large and complex tasks. - Skill in organizing the work of a team of 3-7 people. - English language proficiency for reading technical documentation. - Attentiveness, analytical skills, and the ability to see the "big picture". - Understanding of how modern AI models work (e.g., ChatGPT). - Experience launching projects from scratch or building a team. - Participation in the development or implementation of AI solutions (including pilot projects). - Knowledge of how to assemble a product or technical track for AI.

Full-time, 5/2. Salary range up to 350,000 rubles net.
