Technical Support Specialist for AI Services (Junior+/Middle) at a large stock holding company, developing AI products. Remote work in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia. Salary up to 150k net. Citizenship required: Russia and Belarus only.

Consult users on AI services usage. Work with incidents: registration, classification, and ticket resolution. Formalize business requests into clear technical specifications for the development team. Communicate closely with developers to fix bugs and implement improvements. Test AI services and help make them better and more user-friendly.

Experience in IT product technical support for at least 1 year. Understanding of API, databases, integrations, log reading. Experience with ticketing systems and understanding of SLA processes. Ability to explain complex technical nuances in simple terms. Good verbal communication and ability to remain constructive in any situation.

Long-term contract (12+ months). Remote work. Salary up to 150k net.
