Aspirity Solutions is looking for an AI QA Engineer (Voice AI) to test voice AI agents. Requires 2+ years of experience in microservices testing, Python, SQL, API testing, and conversational English (B2+). Remote, outside of Russia and Belarus. Salary from 25 USD/hour.

We are looking for an AI QA Engineer who will systematically test voice agents and verify their ability to listen, process information, and speak in real-time. Responsibilities: - Testing voice AI agents (real-time, delays, barge-in, noise) - Development and support of autotests (API, e2e, Python) + manual testing of complex scenarios - Verification of microservices interaction and real-time (WebSocket) - Testing integrations and error handling (API, telephony, fallback) - Negative testing (edge cases, invalid data) - Working with bugs, quality metrics, and test coverage - Documenting results and test cases

Experience in testing microservices (automated + manual) for 2+ years Proficient Python (Pytest, Selenium, Requests) SQL (Postgres) Experience with API testing and integration with CI/CD (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins) Basic understanding of Voice AI: STT, TTS, VAD, barge-in, silence detection Experience with real-time / WebSocket / asynchronous systems - desirable Skill in finding non-standard scenarios ("breaking the system") Russian - fluent, English - from B2 Experience working in distributed teams Nice to have: - Experience with LLM / AI (prompting, evaluation) - Testing (Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.) - ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ - Building dashboards and analyzing coverage - Experience with DevOps / clouds - Understanding of TCP/UDP and OSI model
