AI/ML Specialist for UDP RK, office in Astana, salary 750,000–1,300,000 KZT per month. Work on government IT systems in a secure offline environment.

Responsibilities: - Analyze data and select architecture for model training. - Research and test new ML/AI approaches. - Deploy models to production. - Configure environment without internet access. - Integrate and run local LLMs. Tech stack: Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NLP, Computer Vision, LLM, Docker, Linux, API, SQL, RAG.

Requirements: - Strong Python. - Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow. - Understanding of mathematics and statistics for ML. - Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, and LLM. - Docker. - Basic Linux. - Experience developing API services. - Willingness to work in a secure offline environment. Nice-to-have: - Experience deploying local LLMs. - Code optimization for GPU. - SQL. - RAG. - Model inference / serving.
