AI/ML Engineer

AI/ML Engineer at an AI laboratory created with a major auto dealer network. Salary up to 200,000 RUB net. Build ML solutions (CV, NLP, LLM), AI agents, AI-native CRM.

We are a new AI laboratory created jointly with one of the largest auto dealer networks. Our global goal is to create a powerful unified AI core that fully digitalizes and automates auto dealer operations worldwide. We are building a team to implement AI across all stages of the customer contact funnel: from first chat touch to in-person sale in the dealership. International project: starting with dealers in Russia, with plans for CIS, MENA, and Asia. What we do: • AI agents for classifieds and calls. Bots that communicate with clients, schedule meetings, find cars for buyout, and automatically manage CRM. • AI Native dealer CRM. Digitalizing offline sales. When a client comes to the showroom, the manager communicates via a smart badge. The system transcribes the dialogue in real time, summarizes it in CRM, and during the meeting dictates hints to the manager through a micro-earpiece. Tasks: • Participate in developing ML solution architecture for customer tasks (CV, NLP, LLM). • Help with LLM experiments: implement basic prompting techniques, evaluate results. • Switch between projects, readiness to work in proof-of-concept format.

• Vibe coding mindset • Proficiency in Python • Experience with frameworks for building AI agents • Understanding of STT models and experience with audio/text processing Nice to have: • Experience with streaming audio • Understanding of IoT/hardware • Basic knowledge of CV

• Salary: up to 200,000 RUB net • Startup within a large business. Direct work with founders • We are opening a legal entity in Almaty.
