AI Integrator (Vibe Coder)

NEXTMIND is looking for an AI Integrator (Vibe Coder) to analyze business processes, create AI automations, and maintain them. Salary: 150,000 RUB/month, remote, full-time.

NEXTMIND teaches business owners to use AI and implement it in companies: creating AI org structures, agents, knowledge bases, and automations. We are building the same system internally. The main result is processes that work with fewer manual actions, save team time, and deliver verifiable business results. Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes: goals, participants, data, time losses, and improvement criteria. Propose solutions and prioritize by business value. • Create AI org structures and agents with clear roles, instructions, skills, memory, and access. Organize knowledge bases, connect agents and services into a unified working system. • Build automations for marketing and launches: trend collection, competitor analysis, content preparation for Telegram, ad channel selection, website and webinar registration bot. • Automate internal work: client requests and next steps, participant and payment tracking, course completion monitoring, case result collection, dashboards. • Connect services via MCP and API, set up scheduled runs and cloud servers. Test solutions on real scenarios and fix errors. Ensure ongoing operation: monitoring, recovery, access protection, and short instructions for the team. We work fast: morning task — by evening the first working version of a small automation. Large tasks are broken into stages with clear results.

• Daily work in Codex or Claude Code on your computer. Proficiency in both is an advantage. • Ability to develop via AI agent: set tasks, provide context, break work into steps, verify code, logic, and results. Can troubleshoot and bring solutions to launch. • Independently connected MCP, API, skills, and plugins; can configure agents and scheduled work in Hermes. Work with knowledge bases and agent memory, including Obsidian. • Already created automations for real work tasks and maintained them after launch. Can show your contribution and explain what changed in the process. • Think systematically: see the whole process, connections between staff, sales, finance, and product delivery. Can turn a business task into a working system and consider its future development. • Understand server architecture and can deploy and maintain solutions in the cloud. Independently learn needed tools and deliver results. • Strong advantage: experience in analyzing and improving business processes with measurable impact.
