Work in the DevOps and platform solutions department: the team is responsible for developing DevOps, SRE, ML & Data processes, practices, and tools in the company. Tasks: - Working with LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG systems, agents, and tool-use. - Fine-tuning and alignment (RLHF, DPO). - Evaluating generative model quality, guardrails, security. - Product integration: translating business requirements into ML tasks. - Assessing the feasibility of AI solutions versus heuristics. - Documenting models, architectural decisions, and limitations.
