Middle AI Developer (Python) at Bell Integrator. Remote in Russia, full-time. Build an AI assistant based on GigaChat for the Treasury channel to let clients change Unified Balance service parameters.

Bell Integrator is a large system integrator and accredited IT company. The team is creating an AI assistant (based on GigaChat) in the Treasury channel: the assistant will allow clients to independently change parameters of the Unified Balance service. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement AI agents - Integrate various solutions with other systems and ensure interoperability - Work with LLMs, including prompt engineering and optimization of interaction with large language models

Commercial Python development experience of 3+ years (per Russian Labor Code) Excellent Python knowledge Good knowledge of FastAPI, REST API, and asynchronous programming Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker / Docker Compose Experience with Qdrant or other vector databases Practical understanding of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering Experience integrating LLM APIs: OpenAI, GigaChat, Anthropic or similar Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, or sentence-transformers Experience with Kafka; RabbitMQ may be considered as an equivalent Experience writing unit and integration tests
