Federal legal company 'Zarya', operating since 2016, helps people resolve debt issues. We are developing a partner program and are looking for an experienced manager to support current partners, help them actively attract clients, and increase their income. Responsibilities: - Support current partners and serve as their main point of contact; - Train and onboard new program participants; - Conduct calls, analyze cases, share best practices; - Monitor partner activity, applications, conversion, and results; - Help with difficult situations and answer questions; - Analyze metrics and suggest improvements to materials, scripts, and motivation; - Collaborate with HR and internal departments.

Mandatory experience with affiliate or referral program platforms for at least 1 year; Experience developing partner, agency, or affiliate networks; Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting; Clear communication and ability to explain things simply; Systematic approach, initiative, and ability to engage people; Willingness to work remotely and be available to partners during working hours.
