Affiliate Manager (Junior / Middle / Senior) | iGaming

iGaming company, well-developed affiliate team, seeks Affiliate Managers at all levels. Responsibilities: attract and develop partners, negotiate CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, analyze results and traffic, grow volumes, monitor market and new GEOs, handle reporting.

Find and attract new affiliate partners Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial terms Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models Analyze partners' results and traffic quality Find opportunities to increase volumes and scale effective partners Help partners with current issues and solve problems promptly Watch the market, competitors, new GEOs and traffic sources Keep records of work results.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships Ability to negotiate and reach agreements Result orientation and desire to influence performance Analytical thinking and readiness to work with numbers English at a level sufficient for communication with partners For Middle/Senior — practical experience in Affiliate Marketing and iGaming For Junior — experience in related fields will be an advantage; specific affiliate marketing knowledge can be taught.
