Affiliate Manager (LatAm)

International iGaming project is seeking an Affiliate Manager for Argentina with potential expansion across LATAM. Remote, fix + KPI bonuses.

Responsibilities: • Find and onboard webmasters, SEO partners, influencers, and streamers. • Negotiate cooperation terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, fix + bonuses. • Manage partners from first contact to launch and scaling. • Analyze traffic quality and partner results. • Participate in iGaming conferences in LATAM.

Requirements: - 2+ years of Affiliate Management experience in iGaming - Proven experience with the Argentine market and a partner base - Understanding of metrics: FTD, NGR, ARPU, retention, CAC, LTV - English from B1 - Experience managing 50+ partners is important
