Affiliate Manager (Junior / Middle / Senior) | iGaming | Limassol

iGaming company seeks Affiliate Managers (Junior/Middle/Senior) for office in Limassol. Responsibilities: affiliate acquisition, partner relations, negotiations, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid, traffic analysis.

iGaming company is expanding its Affiliate team and looking for Affiliate Managers of different levels — from Junior to Senior — in the Limassol office. Responsibilities: - Search and attract new affiliate partners - Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners - Conduct negotiations and agree commercial terms - Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models - Analyze partner results and traffic quality - Find opportunities to increase volumes and scale effective partners - Help partners with current issues and promptly resolve emerging problems - Monitor market, competitors, new GEOs and traffic sources - Maintain reporting on work results.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships - Negotiation and deal-making skills - Result orientation and desire to influence own performance - Analytical thinking and readiness to work with numbers - English sufficient for communication and correspondence with partners - For Middle/Senior: practical experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming - For Junior: experience in related areas (sales, account management, business development, digital/performance marketing, partner work) will be an advantage; training in Affiliate Marketing specifics is provided.
