Affiliate Manager (Junior / Middle / Senior) | iGaming | Limassol

iGaming company in Limassol, Cyprus is expanding its Affiliate team and hiring Affiliate Managers of Junior, Middle, and Senior levels. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Office-based in Limassol.

The company is expanding its Affiliate team and is looking for Affiliate Managers of various levels — from Junior to Senior. If you already have experience in affiliate/iGaming, we will be glad to meet you. If you don't have direct experience yet but have a strong background in sales, account management, business development, digital/performance marketing, or working with partners and a desire to develop in iGaming — we will also consider you. Responsibilities: - Find and attract new affiliate partners - Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners - Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial terms of cooperation - Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models - Analyze partner results and traffic quality - Find opportunities to increase volumes and scale effective partners - Help partners with current issues and promptly resolve emerging problems - Monitor the market, competitors, new GEOs, and traffic sources - Maintain reporting on work results.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships Negotiation skills and ability to reach agreements Result-oriented and desire to influence your own performance Analytical thinking and willingness to work with numbers English at a level sufficient for communication and correspondence with partners For Middle/Senior — practical experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming For Junior — experience in related fields will be an advantage, and we are ready to train in the specifics of Affiliate Marketing.
