iGaming company in Limassol, Cyprus is hiring Affiliate Managers (Junior/Middle/Senior). Responsibilities: attract and develop affiliate partners, negotiate CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals, analyze traffic, scale partners. Competitive salary + performance bonuses.

iGaming company expands Affiliate team and seeks Affiliate Managers of different levels — from Junior to Senior. Candidates with affiliate/iGaming experience are welcome. Those without direct experience but with strong background in sales, account management, business development, digital/performance marketing or partner work and desire to develop in iGaming are also considered. Responsibilities: - Find and attract new affiliate partners - Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners - Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial cooperation terms - Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models - Analyze partner results and traffic quality - Find opportunities to increase volumes and scale effective partners - Help partners with current issues and promptly resolve problems - Monitor market, competitors, new GEOs and traffic sources - Maintain reporting on results.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships Negotiation skills Result orientation and desire to influence own performance Analytical thinking and readiness to work with numbers English sufficient for communication and correspondence with partners For Middle/Senior — practical experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming For Junior — experience in related fields will be an advantage; ready to train in Affiliate Marketing specifics.
