We are a fintech product that is actively scaling its affiliate program and is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop GEO. We need someone who is confident in working with traffic, understands offer economics, and knows how to build long-term relationships with webmasters. Develop and scale affiliate programs in GEO Connect new offers and launch them Search for and attract new webmasters, build systematic funnels Develop and maintain the current affiliate base Communicate with webmasters and support them on all issues Control the quality and efficiency of purchased traffic Manage traffic flows and reallocate them based on results React quickly to downturns and find growth points

Experience in affiliate / performance / fintech or related verticals Understanding of metrics (CPA, CR, ROI, etc.) Experience working with webmasters and affiliate networks Strong analytical skills Proactivity and results orientation
