Affiliate Department Manager

International iGaming company seeks an affiliate department manager to lead operational activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive scaling. Full-time on-site in Cyprus with relocation.

Manage the operational activities of projects in the Affiliate direction. Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and ensure project goals are met on time. Lead the team, distribute tasks, monitor results, and develop employees. Build and optimize internal processes to improve team efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and make data-driven decisions. Plan resources, set priorities, and manage project risks. Prepare project documentation, reports, and regularly provide status on key initiatives. Initiate and implement process improvements aimed at scaling the Affiliate direction.

Experience in iGaming with a focus on Affiliate direction. Experience managing a team (as Team Lead, Head, or similar leadership position). Practical experience building, optimizing, and scaling operational processes. Experience managing projects at various stages of the lifecycle. Experience with KPIs, efficiency metrics, and analytics. Developed people management skills, task setting, and execution control. Ability to effectively interact with multiple teams simultaneously and establish processes between departments.
