Accountant

Accountant at SK BEZOPASNOST LLC in Ufa. Salary from 65,000 RUB. Full-time, office-based. Responsibilities include document processing, 1C, payroll, tax reporting.

Responsibilities: — Receiving, checking and processing primary documents (invoices, waybills, acts, UPD, bank, cash, advance reports). — Registering documents in 1C, archiving and systematization. — Accounting of settlements with suppliers, contractors and customers: control of closing documents, issuing invoices, conducting reconciliations. — Working in Bank-client: generating payment orders, controlling payments, reflecting statements in accounting. — Accounting of cash transactions and cash register (if any). — Posting and writing off inventory, controlling movement across warehouses, participation in inventories. — Accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets (acquisition, depreciation, write-off). — Participation in HR records: timesheet, hiring, dismissals, vacations, sick leaves. — Payroll calculation, vacation pay, sick leave, compensations. — Calculation of personal income tax and insurance contributions from payroll. — Preparing data for accounting, tax and statistical reporting. — Maintaining management accounting: payment schedule, reports on receivables/payables, cash flow, costs. — Monitoring changes in legislation. — Participation in accounting automation (1C, EDI).

— Higher or secondary professional (economic / accounting) education. — At least 1 year of experience as an accountant. — Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation of the Russian Federation. — Confident user of 1C:Accounting (8.3), Excel, bank-client. — Knowledge of payroll, sick leave, vacation pay calculation basics. — Attentiveness, responsibility, systematic approach.
