Accountant

Accountant position at SK BEZOPASNOST LLC in Ufa. Salary from 65,000 RUB per month, full-time, office-based. Responsibilities include primary document processing, 1C accounting, payroll, and tax reporting.

Responsibilities: - Receive, check, and process primary documents (invoices, waybills, acts, UPD, bank, cash, advance reports). Register documents in 1C, archive and systematize. - Account for settlements with suppliers, contractors, and customers: control closing documents, issue invoices, conduct reconciliations. - Work in Bank-client: create payment orders, control payments, reflect statements in accounting. - Account for cash operations and cash registers (if available). - Post and write off inventory, control warehouse movements, participate in inventories. - Account for fixed assets and intangible assets (registration, depreciation, write-off). - Participate in personnel records: timesheets, hiring, dismissals, vacations, sick leaves. - Calculate salaries, vacation pay, sick leave, compensations. - Calculate personal income tax and insurance contributions from payroll. - Prepare data for accounting, tax, and statistical reporting. - Maintain management accounting: payment schedule, accounts receivable/payable reports, cash flow, costs. - Monitor changes in legislation. - Participate in accounting automation (1C, EDI).

Requirements: - Higher or secondary vocational education (economic/accounting). - At least 1 year of experience as an accountant. - Knowledge of Russian tax and accounting legislation. - Confident user of 1C:Accounting (8.3), Excel, bank-client. - Knowledge of payroll, sick leave, and vacation pay calculation basics. - Attentiveness, responsibility, systematic approach.
