Accountant

Accountant position in Moscow, full-time, on-site, salary 110,000–150,000 RUB per month. Company produces and sells liquid fertilizers and agrochemicals.

About the company: Production and sale of liquid fertilizers and agrochemicals. Responsibilities: — Document flow for suppliers of services and goods, raw materials, equipment, transport services, marketing, advertising and office expenses, experimental and research services, car maintenance, storage services, product certification, other services (requesting and receiving, checking primary documentation, controlling receipt of original documents—contracts, acts, invoices, UPD), entering data into 1C. — Work in EDI systems, work with electronic transport waybills (ETrN) through the state system GIS EPD. — Entering primary documents into 1C Trade, marking acceptance for material suppliers, filing documents, ordering courier services—preparing document packages for sending, filling out receipts, notifying recipients about shipments. — Working with bank-client (3 banks): generating payment orders (payments within RF), uploading to 1C Trade database, adjusting and allocating to counterparties, adding new counterparties and standard contracts, allocating payments by expense items, loan agreements. — Shipping finished products (in a team with customer manager and logistics): issuing shipping documents in 1C (UPD, invoice, MX-1, MX-3, TTN, electronic transport waybill), shipping orders, printing, signing, scanning, sending to counterparty), controlling return of signed documents. — Contracts with buyers: preparing standard contracts and annexes, including storage, sending and controlling return of signed documents, reconciling shipments and payments, monitoring finished goods balances. — Registering shipments of finished products in the information system for tracking agrochemical turnover FGIS "Saturn".

Education: higher or secondary specialized (economic). PC: confident user of 1C Trade, Warehouse, Accounting, MS Office, bank-client interface, EDI systems. Experience: 1-7 years (1C operator, accountant, economist). Communication skills, responsibility, reliability.

Salary: 110,000–150,000 RUB net + bonuses (semi-annual and annual). Probation period: 3 months. Labor Code of RF; full-time employment. Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 (remote work if necessary). Location: m. Prospekt Vernadskogo (near metro).
