We are looking for an accountant to join our team in Moscow. We need an experienced and independent specialist who will take on several accounting areas and help strengthen control over the company's accounting processes. We work in IT and services. The main part of the position is accounting; HR administration for a small team of up to 15 people will be an additional area of responsibility. Responsibilities: • Work in 1C:ZUP, control the correctness of accruals and data reflection; • Preparation and submission of reports to the Social Fund of Russia and the Federal Tax Service for employees; • Foreign economic activity: currency transactions, registration of contracts with the bank, preparation of supporting documents; • Reconciliations with foreign counterparties; • Primary documentation from suppliers and contractors, control of closing documents; • Write-off of inventory items; • Reconciliations for individual accounting areas, search and elimination of discrepancies; • Selective verification of postings and accounting documents; • Participation in the preparation of data and documents for reporting; • Interaction with banks, counterparties, and government agencies. A bit about HR administration. Our staff is small, up to 15 people. At the start, you will need to audit HR administration, understand what needs to be restored or corrected, and bring documents into order. Some tasks will be set by the HRD. After the audit, the task is simpler - to keep HR administration up to date.

Experience as an accountant from 3 years, good knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, payroll, primary documentation, and economic activities. Practical experience with foreign economic activity and currency legislation is important, confident work in 1C:Accounting 8.3 and 1C:ZUP. Experience in independently maintaining HR administration is mandatory.
