uKit Group is an accredited IT company with over 20 years of experience creating online services (uKit, uCoz, RuSender, and others). Our products are used by millions of people worldwide. We are looking for an assistant accountant to handle the sales and revenue area and help management see the business picture through management reporting. Responsibilities: — Managing the sales area: issuing invoices and receipts, recording revenue, working with acts and closing documents — Processing and reconciling acquiring operations: bank-acquirer commissions, allocating payments — Working with payment systems and payment acceptance services (including international ones): reconciling receipts across different channels and bringing them to a unified accounting — Accounting entries for sales, cash receipts, acquiring, and adjustments — Maintaining management reporting: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, trial balance — Analyzing revenue, expenses, and profitability by projects, segments, and units — Plan-fact analysis: finding causes of deviations, preparing conclusions and recommendations for management — Consolidating reports for several legal entities of the group — Structuring and visualizing large data arrays for management

— At least 2 years of experience as an accountant, sales/revenue area is mandatory — Confident knowledge of accounting in the sales area — Practical experience with acquiring is mandatory — Experience with payment services and aggregators (e.g., YooMoney/YooKassa, Stripe, or similar) is mandatory — Understanding of entries for sales, cash flow, acquiring, and adjustments — Knowledge of management accounting: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, trial balance — Experience with plan-fact analysis and consolidation of reports for a group of companies — Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, formulas, financial models — Attention to detail and accuracy in primary documents, readiness to work with a significant volume of operations
