Account/Project administrator (IGaming) at DevCasi. Location: Cyprus. Full-time office role with salary 4000-5000 USDT. Product company in iGaming; manage B2C client portfolio, LTV and retention.

DevCasi is a product company with a 4-year history. It has created a modern gaming platform and works with its own brands and client projects in iGaming. Responsibilities: - Manage a client portfolio in the B2C segment (main market: Australia), ensure LTV growth and high retention. - Act as a link between business and development: communicate requirements, prioritize tasks, and synchronize expectations of all parties. - Interact with the technical department and operations team. - Launch and support projects on the company's own B2C/B2B platform, control deadlines, quality, and stage compliance. - Interact with technical departments, understand product context, and help the team move in a unified direction. - Participate in describing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes. - Maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, Slack. - Work with product metrics and feedback, propose improvements to increase efficiency.

2+ years in iGaming, with real B2C experience and understanding of the English-speaking market (Australia is the key focus). Experience in B2B will be a plus. Strong operational background: not afraid of routine, able to handle multiple streams and drive tasks to results. Ability to work with product metrics (retention, LTV) and see the connection between actions and results. Communication skills with technical teams and business. Experience with Tier-1. Confident English (B2+), able to freely handle correspondence, negotiations, and documentation.
