Account Manager

YoCo.digital is an influencer marketing agency working with major federal brands and running campaigns with bloggers across social networks and verticals. We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client communication, manage projects, and coordinate the team at all stages of implementation. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients and be the main point of contact for projects - Launch and implement influencer marketing campaigns - Coordinate the work of managers within the team - Control deadlines, budgets, and implementation quality - Oversee document flow and payments for projects - Collect status updates and monitor fulfillment of agreements - When needed, propose additional formats and ideas for client cooperation development

It would be great if you: - Have at least 1 year of relevant experience as an Account Manager in influencer marketing / a digital agency - Can communicate confidently and clearly with clients - Can manage several projects in parallel and keep a large number of tasks under control - Work well with budgets, deadlines, and spreadsheets - Can coordinate a team and make decisions independently - Are detail-oriented and can see project risks in advance
