Responsibilities: — Building friendly, informal relationships with clients. The priority is to make clients happy and loyal. — Controlling the implementation and coordinating tasks for the project, assigning tasks to the team, managers, and contractors. — Preparing briefs and estimates for clients, filling out internal reports. — Calculating project performance indicators. — Maintaining and increasing the profitability of agency projects. — Seeking opportunities for client expansion. — Finding contractors for client tasks if internal resources are unavailable or overloaded.

— Willingness to build informal relationships with clients; — Experience as an Account Manager in an agency for at least 2 digital projects is mandatory; — Experience with Telegram channels; — Experience working with major brands (top 500 Forbes); — Experience in client development and upselling. — A well-prepared resume highlighting client work experience and development.
