1C:UNF Operator / Warehouse Accounting Specialist

HOLDY is looking for a 1C:UNF operator to manage warehouse operations in 1C:UNF. Moscow, Volgogradsky Prospekt metro, on-site at warehouse. Schedule 5/2, 09:00–19:00. No salary specified.

Company HOLDY is looking for a 1C operator who will take on the management and control of warehouse operations in 1C:UNF.Responsibilities:- maintaining warehouse accounting in 1C:UNF;- processing and posting goods receipts;- processing transfers between warehouses and storage locations;- processing shipments;- processing returns, write-offs, and receipts;- picking and unpacking goods;- making adjustments when necessary;- monitoring timely posting of all warehouse operations;- monitoring correctness of balances in 1C;- identifying and eliminating discrepancies in accounting;- processing inventory results;- monitoring unfinished and unposted documents;- interacting with the manager and warehouse employees;- preparing necessary data and reports on warehouse accounting.What is important to us:We are not just looking for an operator to mechanically enter documents. We need a person who can fully control the correctness of warehouse accounting in 1C:UNF: actual goods movements must be timely and correctly reflected in the system, and errors and discrepancies must be identified and eliminated.

Experience with 1C from 6 months;Experience specifically with 1C:UNF will be an advantage;Understanding of warehouse and inventory accounting principles;Experience with receipts, transfers, write-offs, returns, and inventories;Confident PC skills;Attention to detail when working with a large number of product operations;Responsibility and ability to independently control one's area of work.Experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or a company working with Wildberries/Ozon will be a plus.
