1C Project Manager needed for a 1-year project with a possible extension. Remote, full-time position. Salary range: 280K-350K. Requires experience with 1C:Retail, CRM, SAP, ERP.

Project requires a Project Manager with knowledge of 1C:Retail and Retail Trade.

Higher education (technical, economic, or related). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Project Manager Analyst. Mandatory experience with 1C:Retail configuration: understanding structure, business processes, functionality. Basic ability to work in the 1C configurator, read code, and understand technical limitations – sufficient for competent task setting for developers and initial problem analysis. Experience in preparing technical specifications that are understandable to developers and verifiable during acceptance. Experience in writing test cases and conducting acceptance testing. Experience in retail trade. Desired domains: sportswear, footwear, electronics, children's goods. Understanding of omnichannel and e-commerce processes: CRM, order management, warehouse systems, darkstore. Highly desirable: practical understanding of end-to-end product labeling and work with CRPT / Chestny Znak. Desirable: familiarity with SAP (understanding of integration with 1C and business processes on the SAP side). Desirable: use of AI tools in analytical and project work. Specialist must know: 1C:Retail configuration: business processes, functionality, settings, and logic of operation at a level sufficient for independent analysis and task setting for developers. Business analysis methodologies and standards: BABOK, BPMN, User Stories, Use Cases. Principles of requirements management and their lifecycle: identification, fixation, approval, change management. Fundamentals of project management: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum. Principles of business process modeling AS-IS / TO-BE. Retail business processes: sales, returns, inventory management, cashier operations, loyalty programs, cross-channel scenarios. Omnichannel and e-commerce processes: integration of CRM, order management systems, warehouse systems, and darkstore. End-to-end product labeling processes and principles of working with CRPT / Chestny Znak (including typical errors, statuses, processing scenarios). Basic principles of corporate systems operation: 1C, SAP, CRM (Bitrix24 or similar), ERP. Principles of preparing technical specifications and documentation for developers; acceptance testing methodologies and writing test cases. Standards for technical documentation, knowledge base maintenance, and user guide preparation. Principles of corporate application integration, knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. Basic structure of the 1C configurator: ability to navigate metadata, read code, understand technical implementation limitations. Principles of using AI tools to accelerate analytical work, prepare documentation, and model processes.
