1C Functional Architect (Operational Accounting)

XYZ Automation is hiring a 1C Functional Architect (Operational Accounting) for a federal-level project. Remote. Salary up to 350,000 RUB net. Architecture, integration, migration, and leading an implementation team.

Participation in large-scale projects transitioning from SAP to 1C. Responsibilities: - Collect, process, systematize and analyze information. - Work out integration flows. - Design the system and define solution architecture. - Collect, analyze and formalize requirements for the development team. - Coordinate solutions with related units. - Plan and conduct data migration and opening balances in operational accounting. - Lead an implementation team (up to 10 people).

Mandatory: - 3+ years as a Functional Architect in large projects. - Successful experience in SAP to 1C transition projects. - Deep knowledge of 1C:ERP UH functionality: procurement, warehouse, sales, production. - Collection, analysis, decomposition and formalization of customer business requirements. - Identification and management of functional gaps. - Experience developing conceptual and architectural solutions for operational accounting (AS IS / TO BE). - Formation of project documentation package (functional requirements, test methodology, integration descriptions), business process modeling (BPMN/UML). - Experience designing integration flows. - Expert support for the implementation team. - Work with incidents at all stages. - Interaction with the Customer at all management levels. Nice to have: - Active 1C certificates: Specialist in configuration '1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2'. - Experience in projects using Agile/Scrum/Kanban and backlog management tools (Jira, YouTrack, Redmine). - Experience with WMS, Treasury integration, exchange with Chestny ZNAK, EGAIS, Mercury.
