Company is seeking a 1C:ERP Analyst with 3+ years of experience in production module implementation for a full-time, office-based role in Mytishchi. Salary range: 200,000–250,000 gross.

Analyze customer business processes in terms of production accounting and management. Collect, formalize, and coordinate user requirements for 1C:ERP functionality. Develop solutions for the production module. Prepare task specifications for developers, describing business logic, user scenarios, and requirements for documents, reports, forms, and integrations. Participate in testing, acceptance, and preparation of user documentation. Consult users, demonstrate solutions, and support the launch of changes. Interact with developers, project managers, and key users, participate in task estimation and decomposition.

3+ years of experience as a 1C analyst on 1C:ERP implementation or development projects. Practical experience with the production module of 1C:ERP in mechanical engineering. Ability to gather requirements, describe processes ('as is' and 'to be'), and prepare clear task specifications for development. Understanding of 1C:ERP architecture and related modules (procurement, warehouse, sales, cost accounting, regulatory accounting). Ability to deliver tasks from user interviews to acceptance and launch. Nice to have: Experience in automating manufacturing enterprises. Skills in business process modeling, preparing instructions, and user training. Understanding of 1C implementation methodology and experience in a project team.

"White" fixed payment (discussed after the interview) or cooperation in convenient formats (civil contract/contract work/sole proprietor). Work in the client's office in Mytishchi.
