1C:ERP / 1C:ERP:UH Analyst (Leasing Projects)

Middle-level analyst for remote projects automating leasing companies' accounting using 1C:ERP. Consulting/IT integrator for large financial firms.

We are looking for a Middle-level analyst for a consulting company and IT integrator implementing automation projects for large financial companies. Focus: projects on automating accounting for leasing companies. Work at the intersection of business analysis, accounting, and 1C configuration. Responsibilities: - Configure 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP:UH for leasing companies. - Understand accounting, tax, and management accounting for lessors, leasing operations, and postings. - Gather and analyze customer requirements, prepare technical specifications for developers. - Test configurations and modifications, accept results, participate in demos and user training.

Practical experience with 1C:ERP or 1C:ERP:UH. Experience working in a leasing company or with leasing companies in project activities. Understanding of lessor accounting and posting logic. Skills in preparing technical specifications, setting tasks for developers, and testing. Independence and ability to deliver results. Nice to have: experience with '1C:Leasing Company Management' (ULK) solution and relevant 1C certifications.

Projects with large financial companies and complex accounting tasks. Fully remote work. Long-term employment and possibility to move between projects. Work in a team with developers, methodologists, and architects. Project cooperation under GPC / IP / self-employment or permanent under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
