1C Analyst for a 12-month project in Pinsk, Belarus. Hybrid format (3 days in office). Salary 150K-180K. Employment via SZ, IP, GPKh.

For a project in a large Belarusian manufacturing company, a 1C Analyst is required for on-site work 3 days a week in the office (Pinsk). Tasks: - Technical support for 1C Accounting, 1C ZUP, 1C ERP systems - Survey and description of current business processes - Development of technical specifications (TS) and functional requirements for 1C programmers - Writing methodological and regulatory documents, regulations, NSI regulations - Conducting acceptance tests (UAT), checking the compliance of functionality with requirements - Training key and end-users to work in the system - Solving technical problems and user requests (within SLA) - Designing integrations of 1C with external systems

Experience in a similar position Knowledge of requirement development methodologies: creation of V&S, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories Experience in business process modeling using BPMN and UML Skills in creating interface prototypes Experience in preparing API documentation Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience in implementing 1C projects
