Need a 1C Analyst for the sales block. Project Description: The project requires an Analyst for the sales block. Responsibilities: - Implement and configure 1C:ERP, DO, MDM systems. - Work with sales processes (retail, wholesale, commission). - Handle NSI, EDO (Diadoc), export and intercompany sales, integrations, approval and notification settings. - Write technical specifications for the sales block. Sales Methodology: End-to-end process - Deal -> Commercial Offer -> Order -> Invoice -> Realization -> Order -> Delivery (Waybill, TTN) -> Closing. Technical Knowledge: Registers of the "Realization" document (mutual settlements, goods movement, cost price, planned shipments, VAT, revenue). Accounting Circuits: Operational, regulatory (accounting, tax, IFRS), production.
Basic Requirements: Experience: At least 2 full-cycle projects on 1C:ERP/DO/MDM (experience in all 3 systems is required) (duration from one year). Knowledge of sales (retail, wholesale, commission), NSI, EDO (Diadoc), export and intercompany sales, integrations, setting up approvals and notifications. Ability to write technical specifications for the sales block. Sales Methodology: End-to-end process - Deal -> Commercial Offer -> Order -> Invoice -> Realization -> Order -> Delivery (Waybill, TTN) -> Closing. Technical Knowledge: Registers of the "Realization" document (mutual settlements, goods movement, cost price, planned shipments, VAT, revenue). Specific Requirements: Integrations: with cash registers and payment systems, DATAREON (or analogs), EDI (Diadoc) - loading orders, confirmations, sending UTDs, document packages (Railway transport). Blocks and Control: Orders based on 7+ conditions, contract limits (with notifications), overdue receivables (blocking if payment is not received for 5 realizations). Pricing and RLS: price types, access control (managers see prices of their counterparties only), flexible pricing (ton/piece, tenders). Version Updates (Upgrade): understanding the process of updating customized configurations.
