1C Analyst position focusing on accounting for Non-Financial Organizations (NFO). Middle+ level. Salary from 200,000 to 300,000 RUB net. Work remotely or in the office in Krasnodar. Company: Informtrend.

We are an accredited IT company, Informtrend. We implement 1C solutions for large and medium-sized businesses in the financial sector. We are looking for an experienced analyst with expertise in one or more of the following configurations: 1C:BNFO CORP or 1C:UPCB CORP or Sintagro OSBU. What you will do: • Collect, analyze, and formalize functional requirements of customers from the financial sector (NFO, insurance companies, NPF, УК, PURCB). • Develop technical specifications, concepts, and project solutions for modifying/configuring 1C accounting configurations regarding EPS, OSBU, and regulatory reporting. • Assign tasks to developers, monitor execution, and accept and test results. • Conduct acceptance testing and deliver results to the customer. • Train users, develop instructions and methodological materials. • Participate in designing integrations of the accounting system with external sources.

Mandatory: • 3+ years of experience as a 1C analyst/consultant in the financial sector (NFO, insurance companies, NPF, УК, PURCB). • Proficient in one or more configurations: 1C:BNFO CORP, 1C:UPCB CORP, Sintagro OSBU. • Practical experience with EPS: setting up chart of accounts, analytics, transaction templates, initial balance transfer, reporting. • Knowledge of OSBU of the Bank of Russia (Regulations 486-P / 803-P) and IFRS principles (IFRS 9 - mandatory, IFRS 17 - optional). • Ability to develop technical specifications for developers, describe business processes (BPMN 2.0 / UML). • Skills in working with 1C platform tools: query console, СКД, configurator (read mode). • Fluent speech, ability to clearly articulate thoughts in documentation; readiness to actively work with customers and the development team. Will be an advantage: • Knowledge of accounting specifics for one or more NFO segments. • Skills in designing 1C integrations with external systems (REST API, Kafka). • Experience in Agile teams (Scrum, SAFe); proficiency in Jira / Confluence.
