YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Automotive Project

Seeking a designer for YouTube thumbnails to maximize CTR on an automotive project. Responsibilities include concepts, titles, and testing. Pay per video, volume 8-12 videos monthly.

Design YouTube thumbnails for an automotive project. The primary goal is maximizing CTR rather than just aesthetics. Develop concepts, titles, and test hypotheses. Responsibilities: - Create 3 thumbnail variants per video for A/B testing. - Provide title variants. - Apply knowledge of CTR principles, contrast, composition, and intrigue. - Analyze test results.

Understanding of YouTube mechanics and a focus on clickability. For application, message directly with thumbnail examples. Cases with CTR numbers are an advantage.

8–12 videos per month (volume will grow). Payment: fixed rate per video (individually negotiated).
