Website Editor

Olympic Complex Luzhniki seeks an experienced editor to manage official website content, develop structure, coordinate authors, and collaborate with design and development teams.

Responsible for the content of the official website of Luzhniki Olympic Complex: structure, quality, relevance, and logic of information presentation. Develop site structure and user experience, propose improvements in sections and pages. Interact with related departments to obtain information and material, organize release of content. Edit and prepare texts for the site: news, information materials, descriptions of objects and services, texts for sections and special projects. Manage a team of copywriters: distribute tasks, set briefs, edit materials, and control deadlines. Control quality of layout and design of materials, assign tasks to designers and technical team, and monitor execution. Participate in development of editorial standards for Luzhniki. Monitor literacy, accuracy, and uniformity of information on all pages.

3–5 years of experience as a website editor, managing editor, content editor, or similar position. Strong editing skills: excellent knowledge of Russian, ability to work with style, structure, and logic of text. Ability to quickly understand large volumes of information, highlight key points, and turn complex data into user-friendly content. Experience managing authors or editors: setting tasks, editing, quality and deadline control. Understanding of web editorial and UX principles. Ability to independently work with site structure and content. Systematic, independent, attentive to detail, and able to handle many parallel tasks. Higher relevant education (philology, linguistics, journalism, or publishing) and/or completed editing course is a plus.

Salary discussed individually with successful candidate. Contract under civil law or individual entrepreneurship with further employment. Full-time, schedule 5/2: from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00. Hybrid work format possible. Office on the territory of Luzhniki Olympic Complex.
