Web Designer

Aviasales is looking for a creative web designer to work on marketing landing pages and special projects, with remote work and salary in USD.

Create marketing landing pages and advertising special projects, brainstorm and implement cool ideas with the team. Lead art direction for special projects and other outsourced tasks. Design banners for social media and targeted ads. Create presentations for investors and internal fun decks. Produce prerolls and light brand motion.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. A plus: using neural networks and digital illustration skills. Follow design trends but not blindly. Enjoy creating funny, emotional visuals worth sharing. Work with typography, color, composition, and hierarchy without errors. Understand interface design principles and think like a user. Product design experience is a big plus. Ability to discuss tasks with clients, estimate time, and deliver on schedule. Portfolio with examples of funny or emotional work. At least sometimes play video games.
