Web Designer

Aviasales is hiring a creative web designer for marketing landing pages, ad special projects, and branding. Remote worldwide, salary in USD.

We are looking for a designer to join us in shaking up the web special projects market. Create games with peeing dogs and frogs, tests, generators, banners with bodybuilders, and much more! Responsibilities: marketing landing pages, ad special projects (brainstorm with the team, invent and implement cool stuff); art direction for special projects and other outsourcing tasks; banners for social media and targeted ads; presentations (serious ones for investors and internal ones to entertain colleagues); pre-rolls and light brand motion.

Work in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. Great if you use neural networks and can do digital illustrations; follow design trends but not blindly; enjoy creating funny and emotional visuals that people want to share; work error-free with typography, color, composition, hierarchy; understand interface design principles and think like a user. Experience as a product designer is a plus; ability to discuss tasks with clients, estimate time, and deliver on schedule; portfolio with examples of funny and/or emotional work; at least sometimes play games on PC or console.
