Web Designer

Web designer position at 2B For Business, salary 100,000–140,000 RUB. Responsibilities include landing pages, UX, digital design, and marketing projects. Office in Moscow.

1. Landing pages and UX: — Design landing pages for marketing campaigns, products, and services. — Think through user scenarios, structure, logic, and visual presentation of pages. — Create modern interfaces that help solve business tasks. — Analyze existing pages, find growth points, and propose UX improvements. — Work on project design from idea and prototype to final layout. 2. Digital design: — Create banners and other visual materials for websites, advertising campaigns, and special projects. — Develop the visual language of projects and maintain its integrity across all materials. — Monitor design quality at all stages of project implementation. 3. Marketing projects: — Develop visual solutions for promotional campaigns, events, and special projects. — Translate marketing ideas into clear and expressive visual solutions. — Improve existing materials and propose new ideas that strengthen brand communication. — Work closely with marketers, developers, copywriters, and project managers.

Strong portfolio with web and digital projects. Understanding of UX principles and experience designing interfaces. Confident use of Figma: components, styles, Auto Layout, design systems. Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for results. Ability to argue and present solutions to the team. Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
