What to do: 1. Landing pages and UX: — Design landing pages for marketing campaigns, products, and services. — Think through user scenarios, structure, logic, and visual presentation of pages. — Create modern interfaces that help solve business problems. — Analyze existing pages, find growth points, and suggest UX improvements. — Work on project design from idea and prototype to final layout. 2. Digital design: — Create banners and other visual materials for websites, advertising campaigns, and special projects. — Develop the visual language of projects and maintain its integrity across all materials. — Monitor design quality at all stages of project implementation. 3. Marketing projects: — Develop visual solutions for advertising campaigns, events, and special projects. — Translate marketing ideas into clear and expressive visual solutions. — Improve existing materials and propose new ideas that strengthen brand communication. — Work closely with marketers, developers, copywriters, and project managers.

— Strong portfolio with web and digital projects. — Understanding of UX principles and experience designing interfaces. — Confident use of Figma: components, styles, Auto Layout, design systems. — Ability to make decisions independently and be responsible for results. — Ability to argue and present solutions to the team. — Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
