Warehouse Picker (Vakhtovy Method)

Warehouse picker for a fashion distribution center in Moscow Oblast. Salary starts at 8,000 RUB for the first 3 shifts, then 4,000 RUB per shift. Full-time, shift work.

• Picking orders using a terminal (TSD). • Assembling goods on warehouse floors. • Labeling and packaging clothes. • Working on different warehouse sections depending on load: picking or packaging. The work is active: requires much movement, maintaining pace, and meeting productivity standards. Training is provided but only during day shifts.

• Men aged 20 to 42 • Citizenship of Russia, Belarus, or CIS countries • Good knowledge of Russian • Mandatory minimal experience with TSD (terminal) • Full set of necessary documents • Readiness for active work and meeting productivity norms

• First 3 shifts: fixed payment 8,000 ₽ for this period • Then: 4,000 ₽ per shift (11 working hours) • Advance payments: on Wednesdays, upon request. Settlement after the rotation ends, on the nearest working day. • Schedule: Day shift 08:00–20:00; Night shift 20:00–08:00; 6/1 or 7/0 • Format: only rotation (vakhta) • Accommodation in a dormitory in Domodedovo, 8 people per room, ~5 minutes from the station, corporate transport provided. • Meals not provided; kitchen available. • Referral bonus: 10,000 ₽ for a referred employee who works 15 shifts without discipline violations. • Initially hired as self-employed, then switch to contract (GPH) after 7 days. • Security check.
