RSK TEAM is looking for a Video Editor to edit long-form YouTube videos. Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut, understanding of YouTube retention and internet culture required. Remote work.

We are looking for a Video Editor with a strong focus on long-form YouTube videos. Experience with vertical content for TikTok, Shorts, and Reels will be a big plus, but the main priority is editing structured long videos for YouTube: interviews, devlogs, documentaries, trailers, gameplay videos, promo videos, and gaming content. Languages: Russian or English is mandatory; knowledge of both languages will be a plus.

Who we are looking for: - Experience editing long-form YouTube videos - Strong understanding of pacing, structure, retention, rhythm, and viewer engagement - Ability to edit gaming content: gameplay, trailers, devlogs, interviews, reactions, documentaries, promo videos - Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar tools - Ability to work with voiceovers, music, sound effects, subtitles, memes, cuts, transitions, and visual rhythm - Understanding of YouTube retention: hooks, intros, mid-video pacing, payoffs, and ending structure - Ability to turn raw footage into polished, watchable video - Good sense of internet culture, gaming, memes, and visual storytelling - Ability to follow references and adapt editing style to the project - Responsibility, speed, and attention to detail
