Part-time remote position for a Video Editor specializing in Reels/Shorts for a real estate agency. Responsibilities include editing short videos, adding subtitles, music, and visual elements. Payment is per reel, with unlimited monthly income potential.

We work with projects in the real estate sphere (developers, agencies, personal brands of experts). The main focus is creating content for Instagram and other social networks: short videos, expert and reach formats. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • editing reels/shorts from source materials of the "talking head" format • reviewing source material (a few minutes) and extracting the essence • cutting repetitions, "water", and filler words (final video 30–45 seconds) • adding subtitles, titles, and a call to action • adding visual inserts (film fragments / AI inserts on the topic) • selecting and adding background music REGULAR TASKS • editing videos according to a unified structure and logic • working with a batch volume of content • making edits and refining videos • interacting with the SMM lead on tasks and improving content quality

• experience in editing short videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) • visual awareness and understanding of short video trends • literacy and attention to detail • ability to feel the rhythm and hold the viewer's attention • promptness and readiness to work with volume • willingness to complete a test task (paid) • self-employed in the Russian Federation Will be a plus: • experience in the real estate niche • experience working with expert content ("talking head") • skills in working with AI inserts and visual effects
