Cerca Trova is looking for a creative editor to work regularly with vertical content for a popular brand. The role involves large volumes of raw footage, where you need to independently find interesting stories and assemble ready Reels. Work may include: - interviews with company employees; - reports, vlogs, backstage from events, business trips, corporate events; - reality formats; - expert and thematic Reels; - occasionally scripted and staged videos.

Expected from editor: - ability to independently find strong fragments in large volumes of source material; - preserving meaning and context during editing; - understanding of engaging Reels principles; - work with sound, music, titles, graphics, color, visual design, cuts, transitions, masks, and other editing techniques; - initiative and ability to propose editing solutions; - working with revisions and meeting deadlines. Nice to have: - ability to sometimes integrate AI into editing. Application: attach a portfolio with your vertical video editing. Especially interesting are works where you independently worked with large volumes of source material, interviews, reports, or live content.

Remote work, self-employment/IP. Payment: discussed individually depending on experience and specialist level. For our request, the initial rate is 5000 RUB per video; videos vary and the price fluctuates; everything is negotiable.
