Video Editor / AI Creative Editor (Junior)

Junior Video Editor for performance creatives of mobile subscription apps, remote, full-time, up to $700/month.

International digital company seeks video editor to create performance creatives for mobile subscription apps in Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada). Formats: UGC, AI UGC, AI avatars, animatics, screen recordings, static-to-video, ad creatives for Meta/Google, and organic content. Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs and similar. Responsibilities: • Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve: dynamics, transitions, masking, sound design, color correction. • Create and adapt ad creatives with focus on Hook, Retention, Pacing, and CTA. • Work with English voiceovers, texts, and subtitles. • Adapt videos for different formats, languages, and GEOs. • Use AI tools for generating visuals, videos, avatars, and voiceovers.

• Practical experience in video editing and creating UGC/AI UGC or performance creatives. • Experience with subscription apps and understanding of niches: Health & Fitness / Nutrition / VPN / Meditation / Cleaner & Utility Apps / AI Apps. • Understanding of ad creative mechanics and ability to hold audience attention. • Awareness of trends in TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and mobile ads. • Confident work with English materials. • Practical experience with AI tools.

Salary: Up to $700 fixed at start. Full-time 5/2 (10:00-18:00 Moscow time). Remote.
