VFX Coordinator

VFX Coordinator position at FILM DIRECTION studio in Moscow. Coordinate CG projects, manage schedules, and liaise with teams and clients. Salary discussed individually.

We run projects from on-set supervision to final graphics delivery. Currently working on several projects with a large number of 3D characters and locations, complex simulations, and compositing. Responsibilities: - Participate in organizing and supporting CG projects. - Create and update production schedules, monitor task deadlines. - Coordinate interaction between project participants: managers, studio artists, and freelancers. - Interact with clients on current project issues. - Maintain project reporting and control current production status. - Perform current tasks and assignments from the producer and supervisor within the project.

Important for us: - Experience coordinating projects, processes, or teams. The main thing is the ability to organize work and bring tasks to results. - Ability to effectively interact with different people. - Willingness to work in multitasking mode and meet deadlines. - Good communication skills. - Responsibility, attentiveness, and organization. Will be an advantage: - Experience as a VFX coordinator or in the field of computer graphics production.
